1. Who we are

ElevenLabsOfficial ("we", "us") operates the text-to-speech and voice-cloning platform at www.elevenlabsoffical.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the site or use an account.

Independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ElevenLabs Inc. or any other voice-technology vendor whose name may appear on this site.

2. Information we collect

You give us

Account details — username, email address, and a password stored only as a hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and profile name from Google, never your Google password.
Phone number — only if you choose WhatsApp verification.
Text you submit — the scripts you convert to speech.
Audio you upload — voice samples used to create a cloned voice.
Support messages — anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Collected automatically

Usage data — generations, credits consumed, and feature usage, so billing and plan limits work.
Device and session data — IP address, browser type, and a device identifier used to enforce the login-device limit on your plan and to detect account sharing.
Cookies — see section 6.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by third-party providers who process the transaction directly.

3. How we use it

To create and run your account, and to authenticate you.
To generate the speech and voices you ask for.
To meter credits, apply plan limits and process purchases.
To provide support and answer your messages.
To detect abuse, fraud, shared accounts and attempts to break the service.
To send service notices about your account. We do not sell advertising based on your content.

4. Your voice samples and generated audio

Voice samples are used for one purpose: building the cloned voice you asked for. We do not sell them, share them with other users, or use them to train models offered to anyone else.

Generated audio is stored in your account library so you can download it again. Delete a voice or a generation and it is removed from your library; backups age out on the schedule in section 7.

You must own the voice. Uploading someone else's voice without their documented, informed consent is a breach of our Terms and, in many countries, of the law. We remove cloned voices and close accounts when we receive a credible complaint.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what a provider needs to do its job:

Speech and voice providers — the text and audio needed to fulfil your request.
Hosting and storage — our application host and object storage.
Payment providers — the transaction details required to take a payment.
Messaging — WhatsApp, where you use it for verification or support.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work — your login session, a CSRF token that blocks cross-site request forgery, your dark/light theme choice, and the device identifier behind the login-device limit. Blocking them will stop you from signing in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the application.

7. How long we keep it

Account data — while the account is open, and up to 90 days after deletion.
Voice samples and clones — until you delete the voice.
Generated audio — until you delete it or the account closes.
Payment and billing records — as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety — use a strong, unique password and keep it to yourself.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or close your account. Write to support@elevenlabsoffical.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

10. Children

The service is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes

We will update this page and change the date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
