The agreement between you and ElevenLabsOfficial when you use this platform.
By creating an account or using www.elevenlabsoffical.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Independent service. ElevenLabsOfficial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ElevenLabs Inc. Product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
This is the rule we enforce most strictly. You may only clone a voice when:
You may not use a cloned voice to impersonate anyone for fraud, to make someone appear to say something they did not say, to defeat voice authentication, to produce defamatory or sexual content about a real person, or for political deception. We remove voices and close accounts for this, without refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the people affected.
Do not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or sexual content involving minors; to infringe copyright or trademarks; to send spam or run scams; to reverse engineer, scrape, resell or rebuild the platform; to break, overload or probe our systems or accounts; or to get around credit limits, plan limits or device limits.
Your content. You keep ownership of the text you submit and the voice samples you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you — to process, store and deliver your content.
Your output. Audio you generate is yours to use commercially, provided you complied with section 3 and section 4 in making it.
Our platform. The site, its software, design and branding stay ours. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
We work to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We depend on upstream providers, and maintenance, outages or provider limits can interrupt features. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where an outage is long and material, we credit affected accounts.
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or where the law requires it. Termination for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms — in particular, claims by a person whose voice you cloned.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
